Information Gathering

In order to assess your business needs, we take the time to interview your people at all levels throughout your organisation.  We take inventory of the tasks your people perform and how current workflows are structured.  We learn about your reporting needs and how information moves throughout your enterprise.  We identify current gaps, challenges and “wish list” items.  Finally, we get to know your short-term and long-term business goals.


The next step is to carefully evaluation our software solutions against your business requirements.  Paying attention to both your short-term and long-term needs, we define the pros and cons of the different software systems and make a final recommendation.

Functional Specification Document

Once the information gathering and evaluation phases are complete, we provide you with a Functional Specification Document (FSD).  The FSD serves as a summary of your business needs assessment along with an explanation of which business software best meets your short-term and long-term requirements.  The FSD provides a blueprint for executing the implementation phase of the project, including the establishment of a reasonable project plan and timeline.

System Implementation

The System Implementation phase begins once the system selection and project plan are agreed upon.


Based on your business requirements, your system is set up to function according to your unique business needs.

Data Conversion

Most implementations involve legacy data, such as customer and product list.  This data must be transferred into your new system.  To do so, T.C. Training & Consulting uses the most sophisticated tools and proprietary algorithms to transform  your legacy data for use on your new system.  This ensures accuracy and minimises the time required for data conversion.


Despite efforts to keep operations the same, new systems can lead to changes in business processes.  T.C.
